All the work is complete. For some, having to choose carpet/flooring, light fixtures, countertops, and even a floor plan is overwhelming – and disagreements can erupt between family members. When you choose a move-in ready home, all the decisions have been made, and you can move into a beautiful, elegant home immediately.
No construction delays. Anyone who has built a custom home knows there can be delays caused mostly by weather conditions. Will it take three months, four months – six? The uncertainty of not knowing when exactly your home will be ready to move in to can be frustrating. With a move-in ready home, there are no delays. Just move in!
Eliminate time constraints. Many families do not have the luxury of waiting for however long it takes to build a new custom home because of school, work, and other factors. This is particularly true when moving to another geographic location.
