Rush Bowls is a franchise that originated in Boulder, Colorado and offers healthy meals in a bowl. A fast-casual restaurant, menu options are crafted from the freshest fruits and vegetables, blended with nutritious ingredients, and topped with honey, granola and other ingredients for the health-conscious person on the go. From the Berry Fresh Comfort Bowl to the signature Beach Bowl Acai Bowl, menu items are delicious and perfect for those who are vegan, vegetarian, or who prefer meals that are soy-free, non-GMO and contain no MSG, artificial preservatives or additives.
The new Flower Mound Rush Bowls location at 2400 Lakeside Parkway opened on August 27. April Fuchs said she and her family are excited about being back home in Texas and pursuing a family business making it possible to spend more time together. The husband and wife team have three children. The family moved back to Texas in 2015. April Fuchs is currently the Executive Director for a scholarship foundation; Michael Fuchs worked in the food industry for more than 20 years in executive and sales consultant positions for various companies.
